External Affairs - Media Coordinator
CL4 - Tier 3 (Lieutenant Commander)

This position will be assisting the Head of External Affairs with maintaining our social media pages and executing specific tasks to promote the UFP across the internet. Currently, our community operates on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit. Applicants should have a good deal of understanding with inner workings of one or more of these platforms.


JOB DUTIES

• Maintain One or more of the UFP's social media pages. Successful applicants should be able to plan a week's worth of content and promotion as well as have the ability to carry out said plan.
• Collaborate with The Head of External Affairs, the Federation News Service, the Office of External Affairs and our gaming divisions to identify points of the UFP to promote.
• Follow Social Media trends and look to take advantage of said trends to further promote the UFP.
• Maintain an acceptable activity level as determined by myself
• The successful candidate of this role would report to Cehus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment and the Administrative Exam..
• Understanding of Social Media or Video Editing
• Nine months as a member with the UFP, or 3 months prior service with the UFP as a CL4 or CL5.
• Is it a CL5 position? No
  PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
