I have a whole lot of fleet marks since I created my main during the Delta event. How do I turn them into fleet credits so I can use them for Foley based items? I can't seem to ever find something I can spend them on available.

Fleet Marks is the most sought after resource for earning Credits. Players have much more than they can spend, and fleet holdings projects are fully supplied with Fleet Marks as soon as they go active.

But it's not the only option. We run fleet projects that require Common quality duty officers, each of which is usually worth 250 or 300 Fleet Credits. At their Academy, a Fed or KDF character can recruit (ignoring critical successes) 5 civilians per day, 3 unspecified officers per day, and 2 each from Tactical, Engineering, Science, and Civilian every two days. With consistent effort, that's 6.75 Civilians per day and 1.75 Tac/Eng/Sci per day.

A Romulan character of either faction gets to run the 48h missions again at the Command Center, so their numbers are 7.75 Civilians and 2.75 Tac/Eng/Sci per day.

Per character, this is 2,000 to 3,000 Fleet Credits per day.

Additionally, the projects can require Commodities. There are good and bad places to obtain these, the best being your own Suliban Cell Ship or a Tuffli freighter. I'm not certain if the ratios are the same now, but I do recall these being worth about 1 Fleet Credit for 75 EC, which is a pretty good exchange that people don't seem to like to pay for some reason.

Spending Fleet Marks just boils down to being the first one in. Projects can't be canceled once they've begun, so they must be filled with the duty officers, commodities, and occasionally, dilithium. In order for more Fleet Marks opportunities to come up, we've got to pay the other stuff as well.
