    Are you talking about Ground, or Space? Not sure what you mean by "arms", though.

    The Saber is tier 2, you barely have any room to build anything.

    Just slap on the same energy type, and either cannons with turrets, or beam arrays/dual beam banks.
    Take Tactical Team, Engineering Team, Science Team.
    Use Fire At Will 1 & Fire At Will 2 if you're using Dual Beam Banks or Beam Arrays, use Cannon Scatter Volley 1 and maybe another copy of Tactical Team if you're using cannons.
    I'd recommend Dual Beam Banks or Beam Arrays though, so you can have FAW1 or FAW2 every 20s instead of CSV1 every 30s.
