I am trying to grind my way through the accolades and have come up with a few (for now) that have been giving me problems. I have checked for many solutions on various sites but still I am having problems, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
1. Unimatrix 47 - missing only 4 of 10. Is it random chance or a special zone?
2. Broken Spire - Voth Zone - is it a STO problem ?
3. Prison Warden Nimbus and Stop the Nausicaans, never seem to be around.
4.Breen Ship Istapp - have the others but not that one.
Well that should tied me over for a while. Thanks in advance and glad to be part of the UFP.

#1 Is completely random.
#2 I think its a bug.
#3 I believe are random spawns. Nausicans right outside the town gate and the Warden just outside the prison.
#4 Again which spawn you get is completely random.

On some of the random ones, though I am not sure it still works, changing your instance/map could help.
I know that worked on #1 Unimatrix. It may still work, if you are seeking out those Red Alerts. Same may hold true to some of the specific NPCs you are hunting.
