I have had my hotmail account for many years, well, the oldest email is from 03/09/2005, so we are coming up on a decade of history in my hotmail account, I should really just delete it all and start over, but instead I decided to select everything and mark as read!
46,831 unread emails, it took a while for it to process them all, but it's all sorted now. Deleting would be better, but think of that history! It's mostly useless, I don't think I have anything interesting in there.
Mainly did it so Windows 10 Outlook would stop telling me I had new emails... :emoticon_ShiftyEyes

I have had a hotmail account pretty much since the beginning: My 18 year old self thought it would be the height of hilarity to get the hotmale@ tag, but thankfully that was long gone. I often clear through my email, even my rather defunct hotmail account gets sorted, but I was often curious of how it would look if I just simply let it stack up....

I did the same with my GMail but I deleted the mails that became obsolete and I dropped from 45K mails to acceptable 8K, a gigantic improvement.
