General:


Resolved an issue which was causing skills to be considered invalid and would not allow a respec.
Resolved a UI issue which was causing issues including:

Players in EV suites being disabled in certain maps and not being able to do certain functions like mining.
Numerous instances where stats showed incorrect numbers.





Known Issues:


Vaadwaur Split Bolt and Vaadwaur Assault Debilitator weapons do not gain the correct [Mod]s at Ultrarare and Gold quality upgrades.



Some players are not able to reclaim the Breen Chel Grett and the Dyson Science Destroyer.
