As some of you may know, recent changes in my employment have reduced my free time to the point that where I felt that I would no longer be able to execute my responsibilities with the focus and care that these positions require.
Although all positions in the UFP are voluntary, I feel a very strong personal commitment to service and integrity in the UFP for every role I have served in. I also believe that you, as members and friends, deserve the very best service available. In conjunction with the official announcement, I would like to announce my retirement as Commanding Officer of External Affairs. I am replaced by McClintock, a veteran UFP member, and your new contact for the newly announced External Operations subdivision of the Federation Administrative Bureau.
Please join me in welcoming and supporting Mr. McClintock in his new role.
Diplomatic Contacts: If you have recently contacted myself and not yet received a reply, please rest assured that your questions have been received. McClintock will likely be contacting you soon (if he hasn't already) to address any concerns or issues. I will also still be around responding to messages as I am able and hopefully, sometime soon, be returning to game with all of you again.
