Greetings and Salutations Everyone!
As I'm sure you have picked up with the recent applicant trend, I have also come over from the 12th Fleet. I joined the 12th a few weeks after I started playing STO back at the very top of 2012, a bit more than three and a half years ago. During my tenure there, I proudly served in the Engineering Division holding various leadership positions culminating in a bit more than a year as the Commanding Officer of the Division and a member of the Fleet's Command Council.
I very much look forward to starting this next phase of my Starfleet Career with the UFP.
On a more personal note, I'm currently living in Central Virginia and work as a Portrait Photographer, specializing in HS Senior portraits. I have pretty much always been a fan of anything Science Fiction, and especially Star Trek, Star Wars, and Babylon 5. I also have a long and illustrious run in a variety of MMO's, starting with Ultima Online (way, way back), and spending long tenures in Everquest, EQ2, STO and lately SWTOR. I am very, very much looking forward to Star Citizen (I haven't gotten into playing yet, but plan to quite soon), as I am a long time fan of Chris Roberts' work, especially the Wing Commander series (I still have all the CD's from Wing Commanders 4-6).
I am a fan of Football (both the American and the true variety, that we call Soccer) and am a long suffering fan of the San Diego Chargers (fingers crossed this year...heh). I also attended Auburn University and as such am eagerly anticipating the start of the College football season (the 'experts' are predicting Auburn to win the SEC this year, which likely dooms us to a mediocre season...if my usual luck comes into play).
I guess that's it for now...if anyone wants to delve more deeply into my background, you'll have to buy me dinner first (Club 602 will be just fine).
