For all intents and purposes I missed Fleet Day! I did lurk on Teamspeak3 for a while but I could not get STO to launch. It is now 16 hours later and I have adjusted security settings, repaired ARC, uninstalled ARC, reinstalled ARC, uninstalled STO, reinstalled STO (which is now updating), went to Windows Support where they attempted to resolve the problem, reverted back to Windows 7, reinstalled Windows 10 and finally, uninstalled the Xfinity (cable internet) connection assistant (which seems to have worked. I hate missing the fleet photos but hope they will be shared at some point. Hopefully I will be up and going by STF Sunday.
What I really need is a cupholder and a couple of Advil.-Quincy Taggart

Having the same problems. I uninstalled and was having issues reintsalling all afternoon. Hopefully today will be different.

According to the ARC forums, one of the devs said it appears to be mostly affecting COMCAST users....of which I am one. There h as been no word of a resolution or fix as of yet.

I was offline for a day and a half too for the same reason. They seem to have it fixed for a while, but it's broken again.
