It is my privilege to announce that Starfleet Command has officially appointed Celchu as the new Starfleet Operations CO! Celchu has been one of Starfleet Operation's most pivotal members and had already been serving the division as the XO for some time. Admiral Sharpkiller had this to say on behalf of Starfleet Command:
