Want to have a more active role in Starfleet Operations? Well then it seems you are in luck because this popular position and important placement is open. The purpose for the XO is to assist the SFO CO in the Running of the SFO Division, And to fill in for the CO if the CO is on LOA, or is otherwise unavailable. The several needs for this job are:

Accountabilities
- Assist the SFO CO in running the Division
- Hire, evaluate and supervise members in the division that would perform duties as set out by the SFO CO
- Help Organise and Lead in-game fleet events
- Help to organise the Fleet Bank
- Ensure that new members receive an in game fleet invite
- All other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge of STO
- Time management skills
- Approachable
- Microphone for TS meetings

You would report to the SFO CO who has just been promoted to SFO CO, Commodore Celchu, he has this to say about the topic:
