My name is Luke I'm Dutch,18 years old and you can find me ingame as Luke@lucky707 or often on teamspeak as FleetAngels-Lucky707. I'm an admiral in the omega fleet that's part of UFP called FleetAngels.
I started playing this game a few years ago without having watched any star trek show apart from Enterprise because a friend of mine suggested it. I got hooked pretty quickly and got pretty into the lore as well. Soon I started getting into the shows as well starting with the relatively ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Enterprise but soon transitioning to DS9. I soon found myself in a fleet with the friend that got me into this game but got bored of this game when I was level 50 and got a better computer. But... as you might know by now, this game is the kind of game that keeps pulling you back especially with the updates. The next time I logged back on was just before the 3rd anniversary I joined the first fleet that didn't seem ♥♥♥♥♥♥ which was FleetAngels. FleetAngels was really active at the time and with the introduction of starbases I set up multiple meetings to determine our priorities. But even then everything became boring after a while and I got hooked on a new addiction... Buying humble bundles! Damn good timing I had with that as well I was able to buy lots of different and awesome games for less than 2 haircuts. I became really into indie games partly because my pc started acting up again and partly because they're amazing. I got back to play a few times at random but never really sticking with the game for another long period until a few months ago when I got a mail from cryptic they'd give me a ship and 10 spec points which was enough to get me back into the game and now I even enjoy it so much that I bought a lifetime subscription.
Apart from gaming I do karate, reading, studying informatics and programming (mostly web stuff so far). If you care to know which music I listen to then do ask. In any case I'm happy to join UFP and hope to make interesting contributions to this community.
