Keenan: We also host STF Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Build Discussion on Saturday and Tuesday to help you get started.

Their events are always performed in a very player-friendly manner and their members know their stuff.

Keenan: We truly appreciate your attendence, our hosts work hard to get the teams together.

Seems to be a shadowy and exclusive group. Besides the hosted STF events, they don't seem approachable.

Bill: We don't bite (except for the Gorn), just poke anybody on TS and say hello

Keenan: Hey, I'm Gorna get you for that remark. You may see us in our TS channel, as we are doing runs together to challenge ourselves. Though if you need something, we'll make ourselves available to help.

Bill is brilliant and excellent commander, and easy to speak to if and when issues arise

Keenan: I would concur with that statement.

Not sure that the current XO is doing enough. He's not very visible and he's not really doing a lot. The CO is also very absent, its almost as if it doesn't exist. Big shout out to Ross though, he really is the one leading ESF. Give ESF to him.

Bill: Fine, I quit

Keenan: Is that you Ross? Anyway, I apologize if you feel that way. Things at work have been challenging and stressfull, I'm sure you can attest. Hopefully in the New Year, things will settle down at work to focus back on the community.

I get my queue fix during their events. The team leaders are patient and knowledgeable. I do understand that the new rep calls for everyone to farm for Terran marks, though hopefully soon the runs can be changed up a bit.

Bill: The team leader will usually ask which marks or runs people want to do at the beginning. Don't hesitate to speak up and let them know what you want to do and every effort will be made to get it in the rotation

Keenan: As everyone keeps trying to tell me, be more assertive.

Despite the continued direction of STO, Bill and Keenan have adjusted the division to make it viable, and visible, to the community as a whole.

Bill: We're trying, but they do make it hard sometimes

Keenan: The Devs keep saying it's working as intended, though won't elaborate on that for us.

Been a while since I played sto and did an STF, but these guys were great, ben in particular.

Bill and Keenan have provided brilliant guidance for the ESF Division. They are both highly visible and are in-game consistently. I would like to express my emphatic support for the current leadership!

I would also like to stress that whilst it isn't always visible to the membership at large, the divisional management teams work incredibly hard in the background to make sure that you, the members, get a first class experience whilst playing STO with us. I credit Bill and Keenan to be some of the most innovative people I know, and I'm very glad to have them run ESF.

I'm saddened to learn that Bill will be stepping down in the new year, but I understand his reasons. Bill has been an outstanding leader for the ESF, and I think we've all benefited from his command.

I too have to quote this, Bill has done an outstanding job(though i am only watching from the sidelines atm, but i do read the forums)!

If the next person that takes up the baton, approaches the role with the same dedication as Bill, then the division will be in good hands.
