    Starfleet Academy - Recruit Support Officer
    CL4 - Tier 2 (Lieutenant)

    The Recruit Support Officer is a key role in our community, as we strive to give our members a positive and personal experience. As a Recruit Support Officer, the successful candidate will be task to welcome new members and help them acclimate to the community. As well as answer any question or address any concern your recruit may have. This is an excellent opportunity for both newer and more established officers of the community to contribute to the experience new members receive.


    JOB DUTIES
    • Welcome new members and ensure that they are given the support they require to get the most out of their experience.
    • Provide a positive experience to all new members.
    • Administer the current training courses and improve Member Training.
    • Participate in ongoing Starfleet Academy projects.
    • The successful candidate of this role would report to Zach.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment and the Administrative Exam..
    • Operate at a level of activity fitting of a CL4 position or that is deemed acceptable to their superior officer.
    • Be active on the community forums so to contact and respond to new members within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Is it a CL5 position? No
      PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.

    -Evaluate and comment on their community site activity level. Specifically, how many days within an average week they would be able to check the forums and respond to new members that are assigned to them.

    If anyone is on the fence on this position, let me tell you, it's been the most rewarding position I've held in the UFP. You get to meet new people on a continual basis and make new acquaintance which could lead to friendships. Is there anything more rewarding than knowing you've help someone enjoy the game and community life? As CL4 position goes, this one is one of the great one.
