Department: Starfleet Personnel (SFP)
Position Available: Liaison Officer / Records Clerk
Reports to: Rear Admiral Hades, SFP CO
Role Purpose: To create a strong relationship between the fleet and the department and continue being a valuable asset in the maintenance of fleet records.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure that all records are updated and filed
- Maintain the forums, archive out of date threads and keep the place tidy
- Follow the Roll Call threads noting down all members which have signed it
Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of general forum moderation
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office software
I would prefer it if applicants had a good understanding of the above skills and especially communication skills. Chatting to someone online or via phones is different to actually being helpful in conversations and the urge to get sidetracked is nearly unbearable for some.
