Two errors have been found in your signature request:

A Registry Number needs to be provided to fit in after the Ship/Station/Place name.
The Ship/Station Image you provided is of poor quality and is not suitable for a {UFP} Signature. Is it possible you could find a better quality image?

Please correct these issues so we can complete your signature.
