I cannot run Elite force Holomatch

This all started when I tried to install Wolfenstien: ET My computer specs are

AMD Athlon(TM) XP 2000+
1.25 GHz Performance Rated at: 1.5 GHz

1.2 GB ram

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)

GeForce2 MX/MX 400

DirectX version 9.0c

Have you updated your Graphics drivers? I've found this problem occurs when your Graphics drivers are out of date.

I have the most uptodate drivers that I can find BUT it only happens in IOEF and IOCow

yeah, I get the same after editing my gcard drivers, but I only had ioEF at the time, now I use ioCOW.
need to find where it saves their settings and delete it.
