    Just as a little background this started life as an editorial about the quality of Star Trek games and ideas for Star Trek games I would like to see but it was getting really really really long so I thought rather than that perhaps I should write some shorter articles about how I would re-imagine existing Star Trek games and see if anyone found it interesting.

    I would appreciate any feedback about what you liked or disliked about this article and whether or not you would be interested in similar articles in the future.

    This seems more like an editorial than an article since you are providing your own perspectives on the game.

    I played the demo for Away Team. The controls and the responsiveness of the controls felt lacking to me when compared to other RTS games like Company of Heroes and C&C: Generals. I will say that it was a decent attempt at a RTS, it was a interesting concept for a ground-based RTS set in Star Trek. A squad-based tactical co-op shooter in Star Trek sounds awesome. It's something I feel that is missing from Trek gaming.

    Yes, via the news system it is an editorial but it is displaying as an article so I am guessing that is a bug with the system, poor old Jordan has been doing a lot of bug fixing at the moment though so I'm going to let him have a day without me pestering him before I check on it.

    I agree with you, the concept was good and the developers did get a lot right with the execution, for me it was the AI that was the biggest issue with the game.
