Bastion is not OP. All heroes have their counters. It feels OP if you run in front of it like a madman. there are many ways to defeat bastion.

It doesn't make him any more fun to play against, or any more fun to actually play. He just feels really out of place?

Like every other character has a fairly fun kit and very clear counter play. Bastion just kind of sits in a chokepoint in turret form and massacres everyone, and if you're lucky, your team might EVENTUALLY kill him after 20 different attempts at dog-piling.

Just feels like such a cop-out compared to everyone else.

Well. than you will need to try to sneak reaper behind him. or shoot long range with Widowmaker. (Assuming there is no Reinhardt shielding him)

Remember the Blue glowy part on his back when he sieges. takes 300% of the normal damage. Reinhardt's shield can hold off bastions attack for 2-3 seconds. which can be enough for a well placed shot with Pharah etc. behind the shield.

Genji can kill Bastion in 3 seconds, if Bastion is owning then use Genji, problem solved.

EVERY character is weak against at least one other.

The ultimate for D.VA is quite fun! Also since coming out of beta, there is more variety with the play of the game, Bastion is still easy if you just sit there and manage to chain a load of enemies down.
