    We had to bully ourselves with unforgiving mods, instead of just playing vanilla SFC3 and eventually i think everybody just got tired of the constant mod crashing. That and all the internal arguments of the guilds - mine at the time was USMC and then OFS (2004-5).

    Yup, so true. I'm a GFL vet myself and I am still proud of the Legions of War mod we produced. Epic times with over 200 extra ships!

    I didn't play much SFC 3 myself, but way back when, I was part of 9th Fleet. They had a pretty active SFC contingent.

    I actually remember 9th fleet, there were couple of people i knew in it; they have probably changed their gamer tags by now lol. there was also a 7th fleet if i remember not that they were affiliated.

    Daedalus i liked the extra ships they were great, i was head of the Romulan wing so loved the extra ships, but really many of the mods were unbalanced and were really strong on some small vessels such as the defiant and the romulan equivalent... which i don't remember the name of...
