    Starfleet Academy - Recruit Support Officer
    CL4 - Tier 2 (Lieutenant)

    Starfleet Academy is looking to expand its current team of Recruit Support Officers, to bring the Academy into line with her aims and objectives.

    We are currently looking for positive and energised individuals to help the UFP's newest joiners settle into our community, as well as to help with our ongoing Recruitment efforts on our many gaming forums.


    JOB DUTIES
    • Welcome new members and ensure that they are given the support they require to get the most out of their experience.
    • Provide a positive experience to all new members.
    • Post on any UFPlanets recruitment threads as requested.
    • Work as part of an organised team to successfully draw in new members.
    • The successful candidate of this role would report to KerryMalone & Zach.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment and the Administrative Exam..
    • Prepared to actively participate in UFP's External Recruitment Activities
    • Is it a CL5 position? No
      PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.

    As an RSO I highly recommend applying for this position if you're interested! I don't regret applying for it one bit, It's a lot of fun! Smile

    It's a great position, before I took time away from UFP I was an RSO, it's a really great thing to do. Fun, challenging and a great way to meet new members from across the community, can highly recommend doing it.

    As a former RSO, I can tell you this position is as rewarding as any position here at UFP, I myself am considering re-signing up if they still have open positions, but before I do, I need to re-familiarize myself with UFP (been on and off due to IRL)
