Recently Gamefront shut its doors, all some of you (or all of you) may know Filefront shutdown, when it closed it took down bridge commander mods, armada mods and elite force mods. But until april 30 2016 you could still get them from gamefront.com. On april 30th they fully shutdown and now when you go there you get redirected.
For those of you who want mods for bridge commander and armada:
For armada/armada 2: You can get the mods for the armada games here: http://armadafiles.com/ (It looks like this site is owned by http://www.fleetops.net/ )
For Bridge commander: Ok so this is where things get rough, all of the mods were backed up. Right now most of them can only be downloaded via a drop box owned by nebula one of the major modders of bridge commander. bc-central.net has added a downloads section but for now it looks pretty empty. For the elite force games: As of right now I don't know where you can download get these mods.
(Side note: This is the most professional post I think I have written here. I hope this helps some people out.)

I suspect Moddb will still have a few mods/maps for the older Star Trek games as well, just a quick look at Elite Force and there are some maps on there and mods, no idea how good or stable they are! - http://www.moddb.com/games/star-trek...e-force/addons

How did things go with MODDB taking over Star trek Games (mods)?
I know the starcraft/Warcraft Community did very well, I hope Star Trek Community did too?
