    I didn't care for Nicole at all, I was glad when she left the show. Thankfully she realized she couldn't handle it before the show went to air, would have been bad if they had to kill off the character half a season in.

    When you quit a show, you ten to get black listed in Holly Wood. Just ask Denise Crosby and Will Wheaton, as it took them years to get back in.

    Except Crosby was consistently guest starring in shows and films in the 90's, and a main character in at least one. Wheaton left the show to be in films, hardly a blacklisting. Actors leave shows all the time.

    Crosby was able to get some minor roles as Gene forgave her. Wil on the other hand left after Gene died because he was having issues with the change in direction. He admitted afterwards he got into radio and blog writing because it was the only means for him to make a buck. He didn't get a break again until The Big Bang Theory started casting him in guess roles. Both of these are documented where they talk about being black listed, I will try to find it.

    Please do, I'll be interested to see them. The only things I could find about Crosby, Wheaton, and blacklists were a reddit thread talking about Terry Farrell, this thread, and stuff about the TV show "The Blacklist"
