    Would this build be a good fit for a Galaxy Dreadnought?

    And as a Tac captain do I need to swap the weapon proc for DMGx3?

    It will also work fine on the Galaxy Dreadnought, you don't have to use Dmgx3 if you already have Crtdx3 this is a mix-maxing element on the build, you could use however the Fleet Advanced Weapons from the Starbase with Dmgx3 CrtdD if you want.

    How do i go about obtaining the Phasers with the recommended procs you laid out? I'm not so knowledgeable on upgrading or crafting. I was thinking about buying the elite or advanced phasers from the fleet starbase then upgrading those. would that be ok?

    You can get them by:

    Checking the exchange

    or

    Crafting a lot of MK II and try to get [Dmg]x2 [Pen] and upgrade them with the hope they get [Dmg]x3 or CrtD for engineers.

    Crafting them is a lot cheaper, but it will take some time and you will still have to be lucky upgrading it.

    I am unashamedly going to steal this update for one of my toons who is currently sitting in the Galaxy class at the moment as I have not had the time to even think about what to do with her. I have been following this build and always intended to build it but when my son turned two a couple of years ago time has been limited. What's the age limit to join UFP? :-P

    By the way, those plasma science consoles must be passe these days, I'm not seeing them on any builds since my return to in-game activity.
