Hello,
I am unable to easily locate the following current information at the STO Gamepedia (or anywhere else):
1. A list of abilities that share a cooldown (or receive a discount for using two similar abilites).
2. Information on diminishing returns for DOFF or BOFF stacking.
I had located an old post that claimed to be linked to the Gamepedia page answering the above but all it had was the different ability levels and how they are obtained through training manuals, etc.
Thank you for any help in obtaining the information.

AFAIK, there are no actual Diminishing Returns anywhere in the game, with the sole exception of Damage Resistance (percentage of damage reduced) in relation to Damage Resistance Magnitude (the number that's actually added via consoles and most abilities).

I think he was referring to the skill points system. The bonus gains at each level are lower than the ones before it.
