    For anyone who has them, please show them off. Im interested in seeing how many of the neat light up and sound ones I can see before looking for one. As a matter of fact:

    I recently got the Diamond Select Enterprise D which has the ability to separate and a button that lets the lights remain on.

    I also have the Playmates JJ Prise, the Playmates Voyager, and Playmates Enterprise E (which no longer works. Sad )

    I used to have quite a few of these when I was younger. I've always been a little disappointed with some of the Star Trek toys. I think the quality on some of them has been really pretty poor and that there is such a limited range of decent Star Trek merchandise.

    I did used to really like the Star Trek Innerspace toys.

    I have the Diamond Select USS Enterprise D. Its an absolute beauty!

    In about 1997 they started getting quality control up in Playmates. This is evident with the Insurrection Enterprise and phaser. Im looking ad modifying the ship for led lighting.

    oohh man, when we were kids (big kids actually ~12 y-o), my buddy and I had all the playmates figurines and doubles, 2 goddard shuttles...

    We built entire ship interior sets out of card board and it was quite impressed with ourselves, actually, the attention to detail was terrific!
    Bridge, Engineering, Shuttle Bay, Sick Bay, Crew Quarters, Armory..... countless hours of fun! Smile

    I used to make my own type of trek ships with Lego. Own design, with rooms and all. Eventually if i wanted to make a new one i had to destroy the old one so the plot i had when it was destroyed was fun with the little lego figures lol.

    I always wanted to get a model of the Enterprise-E or D but I never came around to it. I think that either or would look wunderful. Also, it would look good with the LED lights like one of you are doing that sound like a very creative and excellent idea.
