    I've installed the lastest version of the New Horizons mod and I'll be testing it the next couple of days.
    If any other members are doing the same: let's share our experiences here.
    As Adster just remarked: as soon as this mod hits the 'playable' stage, we'll start putting up events!

    Well, if you're going to buy it for the mod, wait until it is on sale. The main con at the moment is that it is very limited, although the Federation, Klingons and Romulans now have ENT and TOS era, but the pros all really depend on what games you like? Stellaris itself is a large 4x RTS game, where you have to organise and run your entire empire, with space combat being a small part, the main essence of the game is managing your economy and empire. I would recommend looking at some videos of Stellaris, to get a better indication of what it's like.
