    Hey folks,
    I noticed this popped up on Friday but its not been posted yet. So for those of us with consoles who are planning on playing here are some details!

    For the first 2 weeks from launch:
    • Xbox One : a free Tier 1 Blockade Runner Escort Steamrunner-class Starship
    • PS4 : a free Tier 1 Andorian Light Escort.

    Additionally (with no timescale at the mo)
    • PlayStation Plus users will also receive a free Wrath of Khan Starfleet Uniform.
    • All players who link their console (X1 or PS4) to ARC will receive Khan's outfit


    They have also said we should expect some packs with uniforms/ships for each faction. No mention of price. But I doubt they will be free! Wink

    I think I will stick with Fed on PC and play Klingon or Rom on my Xbox Smile Klingon Grin

    They aren't really exclusive, since they exist on the PC through various means, I did hear about them in discussion on TeamSpeak. Although I suppose if you remove PC from the equation, they are exclusive to the respective consoles! In my opinion, the PS4 wins out on the ship, I would rather have an addition fore weapon in the early game than the console/boff.

    No release date yet - they said originally "Fall 2016" which is roughly between Sept 20 and Dec 20th.

    They may have a 'soft' launch earlier - for instance Neverwinter had a 'beta' months before launch (although they did have a character wipe before full launch)

    I didn't even consider PC's when I saw the 'console exclusives' bit - just assumed they meant within the console market....

    lets just pretend PC's don't exist just in this thread so people don't get confused.... Big Grin lol Shocked

    That's not good, I had hoped that they'd go for September or October launch, but given I haven't heard of them advertising or mentioning a beta test launch I'm guessing at this rate it'll be a definitive December launch if not a push back to Q1 2017 lol
