Hello all! So I am at Captain now, just kinda doing all of the story missions, Temporal missions, etc. What else should I be doing or working on? I just get the feeling I should be doing other things as well to build up credits or whatever. Any suggestions are welcomed. Im playing Starfleet, btw.

Hello McCaffrey, welcome to the community.
At this point, I would just immerse yourself in the story missions. You could queue up for a Federation Fleet alert or the sector red alerts in between to change thing up. Those would start building up your Fleet and reputation marks.

Most of the queues don't unlock until level 50 (comes sooner than you think ) and that is where the end game fun starts.
Most of your energy credits come from recycling the drops from npcs.
