The ship sale I have been waiting on has arrived. I am now the proud owner of the Andorian ship pack, with an Andorian Captain, and Andorian away team......Human Boffs f course since Andorians have no space traits.

Anyway, I know at least one member flies Andorian ships so I am looking to save some time testing them all out and just ask in as to which one is the best of the bunch, and how what's the best set up for it. Not gonna open a bunch of boxes for Lobi and buying the ship pack was my Zen purchase limit for the near future. Other than the fact that I plan on running Phasers, blue ones once I get some good ones, I am open to grinding for whatever rep/mission gear is needed and can spend modest sums of EC if stuff is available on exchange.

I have no problem training Boffs in whatever skills are presented, I have a general skills set I've been using for a long time but I'm open to change.

I always liked the Khyzon. Not a glass cannon but a good damage dealer. and it has 4 science console slots.

Ok, I'll give the Khyzon a try first. Any suggestions as to Boff skills to slot ? Although I will eventually try and get all blue phasers once I can get some really good ones, I'm currently thinking about running with 2 twin phasers, the wing cannons, the phaser quad cannons I got from dome other ship I can't remember and a torp in front. Omni phaser and a twin phaser beam in the rear. Gonna replace the rear beam with a turret eventually, just don't feel like spending EC on one just yet knowing I'll be replacing it later anyway.

Actually thinking about going full cannons/torp in front and turrets in rear as I've read that turrets benefit from cannon skills. That way I don't need to slot both beam and turret skills. Problem is that i have never run cannons before.......
