T6 - KELDON CLASS - AGRO TANK[TOP]

History Of The Ship Class:


The Cardassian Keldon Class warship was the most powerful ship every build by the Cardassian Union. These ships are heavily based on the Galor Class and are either upgrades of former or a new construction with the possibility to replace them.

A far more powerful version of this ship was constructed in 2371 by the Obsidian Order in the Orias system with the purpose to conduct a surprise attack on the founders.

These new ships were more powerful and faster than the original Keldons used by the Central Command and even Gul Dukat was impressed by the shown performance.

The Idea Behind The Build:


This Keldon Class build is the continuation of my Galaxy Class Agro Tank, however it's Intel Specialization allows it to reach higher DPS numbers more easily than a ship with Command Specialization.

I also wanted to demonstrate that the Spiral Wave Disruptor the ship comes with might not have the best modifiers but are still allowing you to reach 100K no matter what profession your captain is, but they are super expensive to upgrade so think twice before doing so.

When I original decided to use the Spiral Wave Disruptor's I was not think about that this shows that you don't need the best modifiers you can get to perform well but it also does not hurt to have them.

The idea of the build is it to pull all the agro of my teammates to me and this way becoming the primary target.

In other MMO's Tanks can do this buy using special "Taunt" abilities that are very powerful without having to do much DPS. Unfortunately even with the new Skill Tree if you want to tank as an engineer you also have to do good DPS but it got easier.

In general I do, on this ship I also wanted to show that your weapons don't have to have the best mods to be good but you are absolutely right the Terran Task Force Disruptor Beam Array would be nice DPS boost to this build.
