Okay some more informations.
There was a lot of confusion about kit upgrading on the tribble test server.
Kperf is by far the best ground mod, but nobody was able to get kperf as ultra rare mod, devs were quiet and only a handful people are testing nowadays.
Now after release we got some confirmation. Kits are limited to kperfx2 basicly because ground balance is even worse than space balance. Nobody noticed it before because everyone used purple kperfx2 or x3 kits as templates and since there aren't many testers there.
Kperfx3 items used to drop, but not anymore. They super rare now and will probaly reach prices which rival the tier 6 conni.
