Starfleet Academy - Executive Officer
CL5 - Tier 4 (Captain)

The position of Deputy Commandant (Executive Officer) is the second in command of Starfleet Academy. Their role is to assist and direct the on-going efforts of the UFP's Starfleet Academy. The Academy is the first department that directly engages all new members. As such, the strategy of the member engagement, education, and experience are pillars we strive to make positive. If you greatly enjoy interacting with members of the community, this is a highly rewarding position.

You must demonstrate a set of skills relevant to the role and above all, you must show you have enthusiasm, so that we're confident you're able to deal with the challenges and changes ahead.

This is a Command Level position (CL5) and requires one to agree to the Command Position Agreement (CPA).


JOB DUTIES

• Working with the Academy Commandant in the day-to-day management of the Academy.
• Oversight, Development & Training of Academy Staff.
• Supervision of Academy Recruitment activities.
• Working on projects & ideas to further develop the Member Experience.
• The successful candidate of this role would report to KerryMalone.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment, Officer Qualification Exam and the Command Exam..
• Previous CL4 experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to present two constructive ideas to improve Starfleet Academy if selected.
