USS Artemis NCC 1402 (Intrepid Class)
This mission commenced on Stardate 64984.2 and was completed on Stardate 64996.3.
We've reached our destination which is the second planet (M-class) in the Kylata system. We have performed planetary and resonance frequency scans as well as a geological scan, unfortunately they didn't pickup anything unusual. We then tried a spectral scan which picked up some unusual radiation on the western continent of the planet. An away team was sent down to find the source of the radiation. (with an inoculation from the CMO) According to a passing Dosi vessel the the planet was once inhabited but the civilisation eventually ceased to exist, the cause of which is unknown.
