I'll admit it, I have used and spent a lot of money on this game. The only game that I have ever spent a dime on to make the game play easier and more fun for me. Before I bought the Lifetime, I did not like playing it at all. But time after time I goto the support page, see that chat is online and try to decide if my issue falls under their very limited purview, which I believe every time it has. Yet every time it ends up being a waste of time. So in the up to 30 mins I take in chat, I could have made my own ticket straight away and moved onto something else. Just today, I was playing within the last half hour. Played the Tholian Red Alert, but when it ended, was never given the choice of the marks I wanted!! So for the 4th time in just this week, had to make another ticket. Since I now know that chat is useless, I'm going to have to wait days if not longer for an answer. I am so close to never playing this game ever again!! I've already swore that I will never spend another cent in-game, EVER, and when I put my mind to not doing something, I make absolutely sure that I don't!!
How many other players, either paying or not feel left behind by support?

I have contacted support a number of times over the last several years, and I always received support or at the very least an email explaining the issue. It's unfortunate you have had a number of unresolved issues, I hope in time you give STO another chance.

How were you able to have emails sent to you explaining the situation? That would make this a bit better. Not having to keep the ticket page open all the time. Always having to check it all day everyday!! I could just close it or use that tab for some other online business.

I always go to their support webpage, file a ticket. You get a confirmation email, and I never had to wait more then 24-48 hours for a response
