    Hi there,

So this is the build I'm putting together for a new Nausicaan engineer I just rolled this week. I'll be leaning heavily into the Nausicaan flavor on this character, which makes for a few non-negotiable points about the build:

    1. He's flying the Kolasi.
    2. All boffs are Nausicaan.
    3. He's using all 3 pieces of the Entoiled Technology set.

It's that last point that's driving me a bit batty. The way I see it I have two possible design options. I can make her a standard beamscort, that occasionally has to go forward-facing to drop the boom on the big guys. Or I can go the cannon and turret route, which then makes the array almost a secondary weapon, throwing out Overloads.

(I think Beam Overload works well in this case as a single-target big-hit attack; I'm normally a fan of High-Yoeld Torpedoes, but the one from the Nausicaan set is destructible, and dog-slow. Makes me want to put on an EV suit, get out there behind it and push.)

As of the time of my initial posting, the link above has the build going the second route. If anyone has any constructive criticism to offer, I'd love to hear it.

(Doffs, traits, and most everything else are still blank too. I'll gladly take feedback on this part, but budget/availability are going to be constraining factors.)

    Thanks,
    Generator
