    Mission Summary

    After the skirmish of rebels and Romulan Empire Soldiers, the Federation News Service requests photos and film to document the happenings on the planet and where exactly things happened. The film is controversial to most of the inhabitants so Starfleet Command was asked to assign a Ship of new capabilities and established officers to escort them. Seeing as the USS Michael J. Caruso was just built with the most recent advanced technology other than the Enterprise. It was fitting that it's first off world mission be assigned as it's maiden voyage.

    Admiral Marcus specifically selected the USS Michael J. Caruso for this voyage, knowing that it's Captain was his finest XO in Section 13's Intelligence Wing. Intelligence states that there will undoubtedly be some kind of trouble on the way or on the planet. Security Readiness levels are suggested to be at RED ALERT during the entire duration of the mission. It is expected that a Starfleet vessel will be on standby if they return from there mission early.
