Sorry about not getting to this sooner, why did you go fleet weapons opposed to the Rep Weapons? For example Romulan Plasma?

Because you get better mods on the weapons.

I am looking through the STO Academy page and it doesn't give the weapons stats, I know Romulan Plasma has the Plasma DOT and the Disruptor resistance nerf, does the advance fleet have something similar? ( I do not have large amounts of Dilithum so fleet weapons will take awhile) I did just look at the set and it seems VERY powerful, it makes my current "set" look like a playtoy. What is a fast and Easy way to get dilithum?

Answered that question. It does come from the iconian set.

The best way to get Dilithium is the Klingon Admiralty every 10 days 30K Dilithium.

They are normal weapons so only the Plasma Proc but they get an additional mod you are not going to get with the Rep weapons.

So it trades out pretty well, or are they just better because of the additional proc? I am (somewhat) new to the endgame, meaning that I know some of the stuff that makes things good/bad. Ideally what should I be looking for?

The damage difference between the different energy types is about 6% the only difference are Coalition Disruptors but the ones with the mods you want to get cost up to 400 million EC.

So the only important thing is that your weapons are a combination of [Dmg] [CrtD] [Pen] and that is why the Fleet Advanced Weapons are so atractive.

Okay, I did make a few changes, I changed the Torp to a DHC with DMG and CrtD and I am going to upgrade it, I have a question that you may or may not know. I changed the Universal/Intelligence to an intel BOFF, and it has the "override subsystem safties, and one of the proc's on the Iconian set says that it reduces the subsystem disable time 1 one second, does that apply to BOFF powers?

Yeah, the pieces of the Iconian set will reboot disabled systems after one second, the Shield will do it for Shields subsystem and the Warp/Singularity Core will do it for Weapons subsystem. The amount of time OSS would take a system offline varies with what rank you use, 6/4/2 seconds for the increasing ranks of the ability, and those ship components will protect against those systems being offline.

(FWIW, the equivalent item for Engines is the Honor Guard/Adapted MACO Engine, and Aux is done by the Quantum Phase Converter console, from the mission Sunrise.)
