When a card is in too many decks, Blizzard will usually look at it and either remove it or nerf it hard. The upcoming rotation will see a number of changes, one which is kind of confusing is Azure Drake, it sees play in almost every deck, so Blizzards decision is to remove it from Standard. But is there a problem with having staple cards?
In many cases, these changes don't seem to really mix up the meta that much either, every expansion sees a class, or multiple, get a chance to be in charge of the meta. Rather than all classes having an equal chance against each other.
