119How often should the {UFP} have fleet meetings?
Fleet Meetings?
Starfleet Command and Starfleet Personnel are teaming up to look into hosting Fleet Meetings for all members in the fleet to attend to discuss things that are going on in the fleet, these meetings will be held on teamspeak and voice chat will not be required.
Things that might be discussed in said meetings could be ongoing issues, latest news and ofcourse the possibility of allowing any member to discuss things that they wish to with high level officers and the people running the shots as another method of getting your voice heard within the community!
Your choice!
So! the question is, how often should these meetings be hosted for you all to attend and how should the be scheduled around the other fleet wide events that we have on offer such as UFPACs?
Ofcourse the Meetings won't be held the same months as UFPACs and would like to allow members to be aware that the less often that the Fleet meetings are the more material that can be discussed, how ever the more often that they are the more relevant and time sensitive material can be discussed and put out there.

What about two weeks? One week is to short for preparation time, but two weeks would be just fine.

Every 3 months is good. Don't want to hold these fleet-wide meetings too often.

Members also currently have quite a few options in terms of finding out what is going on and giving feedback or raising issues.
At present the Departments have regular meetings and the Divisions will soon be having regular meetings and when we have the fleet meetings sorted we will be introducing regular time slots for SFC members to meet with members.
With this in mind I would personally not recommend having them too often and I think that every 2 months or more would probably be sufficient.
