Inspired By Locutus, i set out with a 3d modelling program and photoshop to bring some beauty shots of my favourite ship. The enterprise D. So as sort of a Peace offering & gift to {UFP} i submit the first of a few 1900x1200 wallpapers i am designing, with the chance for a video later Semi Exclusive to Here & Section 31 rp.

There is also an Official Section 31 Version ONLY available at section 31's member forums. HOWEVER if you would like a version with the engines powered down (which is the content of the s31 version, Shout out, and ill upload that image. Im short on time today so i haven't had chance to add my copyright message below it. Enjoy

I assume those two "dots" on each of the bussard collectors are the actual collecting mechanism... or something like that?

you would be correct, however i have yet to work out how to render them properly. they look so fake here
the model im useing is so cool. you can literaly peel away stuff and find the inner workings to certain extent

Then perhaps you could make a cutaway render, as in the ship is under construction or something

when i say to a certain extent i meen, that the Nacelles & deflector are the most detailed objects on it. the model itself is completely hollow
