    I wasn't sure if this was the right place to put it but, how do you rank up? i have been Petty Officer 3rd Class for a while now but what does it take to rank up?

    The best way i belive is to Join part of the fleets admin or game departments by looking in the available jobs section. IF you do you job to a good standard your CO may recommend you for a promotion. Some jobs have a rank billet which is an immediate promotion uppon your acceptance in a job.

    I would also suggest that you take the Command course as it might help you get a position in the department's/Division
