POLL: It should read, "Did Alexander change the prime timeline to an alternate timeline?"
In TNG's "Firstborn," Alexander grows up to be a diplomat and tried to end centuries of fighting between the Great Houses. He decided that the House of Mogh would not seek vengeance or blood feuds anymore. Then, Worf is murdered in the Great Hall of the Klingon High Council.
Of course, we don't know for sure if Worf gets killed or not because time has been changed and TNG didn't progress far enough, though Worf does become an ambassador. Regardless, Worf says that Alexander has already changed history by coming back in time. Worf even says that he himself changed and knows that Alexander have honor, whether he's a warrior or not.
So, the prime timeline has been altered since Alexander went back in time??

Then there's VOY's "Timeless," Voyager crash-lands on an ice world and everyone except Chakotay and Kim. Fifteen years later, the two men, having resigned from Starfleet, alter history and save the ship from the disaster.
So, the prime timeline has been altered since Kim sent that message, right?

Then there's every other Time-Travel episode, etc etc ad Infinitum.
What is considered the 'prime universe' is simply what took place in Enterprise, TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY, Star Trek I-VI, Generations, First Contact, Insurrection and Nemesis.

That's what I'm getting at. What we "perceive" as being the "prime universe" isn't really "prime" haha. Some actions got negated, so characters don't realize the timeline changed. It seems with others, like Worf, they're potentially aware of the timeline changing but don't say anything.
