Starfleet Academy - Commanding Officer
CL5 - Tier 5 (Rear Admiral)

With the resignation of the previous Commanding Officer, this role has become vacant.

The role is to lead and direct the on-going efforts of the UFP's Starfleet Academy. The Academy is the first department that directly engages all new members. As such, the strategy of the member engagement, education, and experience are pillars we strive to make positive. If you greatly enjoy interacting with members of the community, this is a highly rewarding position.

You must demonstrate a set of skills relevant to the role and above all, you must show you have enthusiasm, so that we're confident you're able to deal with the challenges and changes ahead.

This is a Command Level position (CL5) and requires one to agree to the Command Position Agreement (CPA).


JOB DUTIES

• Overseeing the Day-to-Day Management of Starfleet Academy & Recruitment.
• Developing new methods of improving the Member Experience
• Maintain high levels of activity & visibility on the forums.
• Regularly work with Community Development to improve the Community,.
• The successful candidate of this role would report to KerryMalone.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment, Officer Qualification Exam and the Command Exam..
• Previous CL5 experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to present two constructive ideas to improve Starfleet Academy if selected.
