What font / size do you use to create the 'Three Years at UFP" portion? Can't you see my signature in this thread posting?

Yes, we can certainly see your current PNG (flat image) signature hosted at https://signatures.ufplanets.com, however, these signatures have dozens of layers as they are truly PSD files (Photoshop).

We take pride in our signatures and won't do a 'hack job' on a flat image.

We truly apologize and do not know what happened to your PSD file. A Team member who created it may no longer be with the UFP and seems to not have uploaded it to our server.

As I stated above, if you need assistance (i.e. do not have access to STO), we can assist you. Your character avatar can be re-created and an beautiful image of an Odyssey-class cruiser can be done. We just need you to tell us how you want to proceed.

If you still have issue with this, you may bring it up with Jonathan-FG or any of the FEO you are comfortable with.

While that is true - The potion of the signature that contains the 'www.ufplanets.com' and 'three years at UFP' is only a text layer in photoshop above a blank background. I thought it just be easy to delete the potion of the image below (pixel height of >174) and recreate?

However I have no problem sending a new Ship Image File and Transparent Character image; then if they keep the Photoshop (PSD) file with all layers preserved it will be easier to update next time.

OK I've attached a tailor image I'll just have to use attachments rather than upload it but I'm fine with that. I've made it into a transparency from the screenshot.

I'm not quite sure why you'd want Dynamic Lighting 2.0 turned off - your only going to make your job >10x if not more difficult. The most important thing is /renderscale 2 which I always use for screenshots. Now I don't think this is whitewashed, but my skin color is the lightest tone A1 / A3 often, maybe got used of Lighting 2.0 being on.

Perhaps I should disable it for good.

My concern is the new image uses an almost black background on the right. With Lighting 2.0 off my hair looks almost black, so hopefully the Starfleet Operations Logo (white / grey partially transparent image) will lighten the darkness of space, so I don't need to lighten my hair color.

I've updated this new transparency to include one with Lighting 2.0 enabled and disabled to the right; she can choose which looks better the all black background.

I decided to TRY using my SCI Command Battlecruiser (Geneva Class Battlecruiser) in Earth's orbit resized to 740x200 image size used. You can keep the Ship Name / NCC # just not sure if you can add Starship Class?

NOTE: If people like their ship in STO you I'm surprised more don't take screenshots with /renderscale 2 in chat and before you hit CNTR-Prtscn (select ALT F12) as this hides all commands and menus leaving just visuals. Then hit ALT F12 to return and type /renderscale 1 into chat to play again.

I'm not quite sure why you'd want Dynamic Lighting 2.0 turned off - your only going to make your job >10x if not more difficult. The most important thing is /renderscale 2 prior to going taking your static stance pose.

I understand this was a problem when Lighting 2.0 released last August and likely persisted to July/Aug 2017; they've made some Lighting improvements (New Romulus Lighting) but 2.0 is certainly far from perfect as there are many variables. It may not be noticed if I had A5 or A7 skin tone - but I've provided both Enabled and Disabled versions. The Uniforms are clearly darker when it's disabled.

I think I just got to like how 'some' things looked with it enabled, even though Lighting 2.0 often ruins more than it enhances.

As stated the earlier attachments includes both Lighting 2.0 enabled (left) and disabled (right) my only concerns is having a black background don't want my hair being to hard to distinguish. Hopefully the Starfleet Operations Logo with it's partial grey/white transparency will lighten up the dark background just enough if not I'll lighten my hair color if required.

Just have to wait and see...

Oh so exciting - waiting for new signature. Hopefully the PSD file will be retained for next time.
