Hello everyone I recently started a new job and I have been roped into being part of a team for Movember , so I shaved my beard off now slowly growing my Mo for Movember I will leave you with the facebook page with Myself on it also you donate ( it will be met by many warm thanks from me . ) Men are facing a health crisis that isn’t being talked about. They're dying too young – much before their time. This year, I'm taking action by raising funds for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Donate today and we can be the difference. We can stop men dying too young.
As some of you know I have battled with PTSD ever since leaving the army without the charity like this around I would not of know how to get myself back to a sable normal life and I am doing this year to give back to a good cause so I can help someone who is in my shoes a few years back .
Thank you all for reading and thank you to all those who donate. Click the Link for Mospace or Click the Facebook page I have set up .
