So, I got mine last night and I loaded her up with my Herald Antiproton guns.

[Beam Arrays] on the corners and a [Dual Heavy Cannon] in the middle. The beam Arrays fire from the wingtips. The wingtips! It looks so WEIRD!

I don't know what to think about the [Voice of the Prophets]. It doesn't announce itself like the [Hyperexcited Ion Stream Projector] does. I like the sound effect, but I can't follow it to see what I'm shooting at. It looks like the vape rings your vaping uncle makes at family gatherings.

The stock engines are sluggish. I had to swap in my [Temporal Defense Initiative Starship Technologies] set just to cruise around the sector map. Warp 10 (transwarp 12.4)? Who does that?

How about a nice [T6] Cruiser? Something I can stick in my Admiralty that will kill the +100 modifiers? I have TAC and SCI modifier killers, I need an ENG nullifier. Maybe a Bajoran Cruiser that uses the Interceptor like the Odyssey TAC Cruiser uses the Aquarius? Just lay new graphics over the old template. BANG! Done.

VERY good point, I think. Old-guard players might be up-in-arms at the idea that these hard-to-get ships suddenly become easy to get.

I will say this though - re-engineering Spiral Wave Disruptors will make them mean Mean MEAN guns ...

As an old school player and one who was lucky enough to receive & fly the original Galor, I truly would embrace, enjoy, and encourage a Gamma Quadrant faction that allowed for playable Cardis and other Dominion races. I long to build a DOSI trader.

A third faction- not a subfaction, would certainly shake things up and open the doors to a ton of new story avenues. It would also be a MAMMOTH undertaking and one that they would have had to have started on a while ago if they plan to release in the next 18months. That said... the "re-aquaintance" of the Dominion now would certainly be a great ramp-up to such a massive addition... easily rivaling the Romulan expansion and Delta expansion combined.

Cardassians? Sure. As a story line carrier. But I'm infinitely more interested in the Dominion© as an enemy.

Without spending any cash? I have purchased exactly one ship with cash. I shouldn't have done that if we're being honest. But they got their $50 out of me.

hehe the ship is tiny I didn't realize how tiny until I loaded it up went to space and almost didn't see it became of all the other normal to large size ships around me taking me a little while to get used to it. i put all of the Bajoran set on. I am FTP player it actually is a better ship then my last free ship I chose

It honestly is a great ship and goes will with the Bajoran Set. I recommend upgrading the Bajoran shields and impulse at the very least - they're great.
