The Sensor linked variant are a new go-to weapon for many players as they add a cirt severity bonus (I think it works out at 2% per weapon) as well as a defence bonus.
The other variants, integrity (hull based) and emitter (shield based) lean themselves towards players that either favour tanking or are looking for some way to boost their survival chances.
I’m using the sensor linked phasers on my Crossfield and I really like them, they get the job done and they’re very nice indeed. I’m still in the process of re-engineering them towards the CrtD side of things. I also have one of the Omni beam versions but I’ve not put it to use as yet.

Sensor-Linked looks real good on paper. Any thoughts?
I love them. They are a passive and not a proc so I'm getting the bonus 100% of the time.

I'm seeing similar talk on Reddit, yet they seem to be relatively on-par with Pulse Phasers for overall effect over-time. At least that's my current impression.

Sensor-linked indeed are the new must-have toy, but the difference between [PEN] is really marginal. If you can invest into acquiring them, go crazy!

With the effort put into my Pulse Phasers, I may stick with them in the short-run AND they give me the WoK-look I grew up with. I did check out prices and I perceive X-linked are on the higher end due to their relative newness.
What I really want to see, is how they look. My search-fu on YouTube is failing me today.

The C-Store is unlikley however, they will probably up again in a future giveaway as other items have in the past.
