Darien Wallace is the son of Dennis and Laurel Wallace. According to medical file MM-378-5, Wallace was born on Altair IV on stardate 22991.6.
Wallace graduated Starfleet Academy at Beta Ursae Minor II. Prior to his current post, he has served aboard three starships in his career: the USS Baton Rouge on stardate 41987.6, the USS Seaquest on stardate 42983.6, and the USS Enterprise on stardate 43922.6.
Early in his career, Wallace served at Utopia Planitia Shipyards in the Sol system. He was the team leader for primary hull forward life support control and emergency systems installation for the starship Enterprise-D. He was also assistant parts scheduler of the primary and secondary life support systems linkage system.
He rose to the rank of Lieutenant aboard the USS Enterprise and served with distinction until its destruction on stardate 48650.1. Following the events on Veridian III, he was offered the position of first officer aboard the USS Odyssey and eventually assumed command of the ship on stardate 56845.6.
Honors and commendations:
Stardate 45392.6: awarded the J. Bruce Award for bioengineering.
Stardate 44083.6: awarded the Campbell Award for life sciences.
Stardate 43147.6: awarded the Extended Tour Ribbon.
Personnel ratings:
Average efficiency/coind rating: 8.7.
Aperception Quotient: 20/100
Duke-Heidelburg quotient: 259
Esper rating: 090
Note: This character is based on the most frequently recurring member of the "shadow crew" of extras from TNG. Most of the preceding biography was taken from Memory Alpha, with minor creative liberties taken to make him fit into the world of STO.
I am currently building a bridge crew for Wallace based on other minor characters/extras from TNG and DS9 and aging them appropriately to match the in-game timeline. I tend to engage in a great deal of light RP, so I will generally remain IC when encountered in game, but I will often break character in Fleet Chat.
If you care to know more about the player behind Wallace, please refer to my initial application.

It's great to see the level of immersion you play STO online with.
While most of it is in-game, I'd also recommend you check out our Ares Roleplay Division on the forums. It's forum based roleplay with character profile creation to story scenario and discussions. I'm sure they'll also be glad to have a creative person such as yourself involved!
And welcome ot the UFPlanets Community!
