Lost in Space Reboot - Netflix

I watched all 10 episodes last night after work. It was not my intention to do so in one sitting but honestly, I thought the series was so good and captivating that I needed to keep watching the next episode to know what happens.

I highly recommend watching it ASAP before anything is spoiled.

Now that I have seen the full trailer, I'm not nearly as convinced I'll like it. The worst thing you can do is take an iconic show and then (as described above) make a reboot "LOOSELY" based on the original. If that's the best you can come up with... just start from scratch and create something totally new. Of course, Hollywood doesn't seem to have the creativity to do that these days so they screw up everything made before these morons took over. I may give it one or two episodes.... but at this point I'm seriously doubting I'll go much beyond that.

Watched up to episode four just now, I'm honestly enjoying it. Good little show! I'll probably watch the remaining episodes later.

I was a die hard fan of the original and I loved this.

It's not as loosely based as you think. I mean there are some huge differences but the core of the show is very much there.

I'd give it a chance.

I'm up to episode 4 and both the myself and the wife are loving it. She's not normally into Sci-fi but likes this one.

Based on the early reviews, I was worried. Well, I'm 7 episodes in, and I'm really enjoying it! There is some unnecessarily manufactured drama, but Parker Posey's take on Dr. Smith seems pretty spot on to the original TV show from the 60's...just way darker! The story isn't as good as it could be, and I won't leave any spoilers here, but it is a seriously enjoyable series...so far...3 episodes left to make a final judgement! To anyone on the fence about investing time in this, give it 3 or 4 episodes and see what you think. I'm sure that most of you will be pleasantly surprised!

I watched the first 25 mins and stopped. It just doesn't grab me and I like sci-fi.

Only watched the first episode as I had other stuff to catch up on earlier in the evening and I regret that I watched that other stuff now.

Can't wait to get home this evening and watch another bunch of episodes.

Watched some reviews and it's a mixed bag but overall, reviewers are enjoying it for what it is.

I'll give it a shot because I watched the original show as a kid.

Halfway through and I really like the show so far. I am not familiar with the original series, so could watch it without any prejudice or fear of ruining a childhood memory.

SO did I ( Old man gere lol) used to watch it on an old black n white TV with Rabbit ears Sundays 5 PM and of course back in the late 1960s there wasn't any Cable tv and at times channel would cut in and out.\

This show isn't to bad switching Mr Smith to a Miss Smith was different and that character did make me not like her which to me is a good sign because in my Line of work I deal with People like that allot

I'm only 36 but as a kid I used to watch re-runs of the show and loved it along with TOS and another show called "Land of the Giants" LOL

Finished watching. I enjoyed it, but the writing was almost childish. The number of illogical actions and forced situations only to further the plot is far beyond the usual norm.
